At Bailey Orthodontics, we love seeing our patient’s smile blossom into something truly beautiful. The long-term relationship Dr. Bailey establishes with her patients is quite special because people tend to remember their orthodontist forever. Our mission is to create stunning smiles through exceptional customer care, strong team collaboration, and a powerful determination to always strive for the best.
Dr. Bailey was born on the Caribbean, in the beautiful nation of Trinidad & Tobago, then spent many of her formative years in Ottawa, Canada. Her positive experience as a patient, having worn braces as a teenager, sparked her passion for dentistry and molded her dream to become an orthodontist.
Dr. Bailey attended schools in Canada and Florida, then completed her dental education at Howard University College of Dentistry in Washington, DC and has been working as an orthodontist in various communities in Virginia ever since. Dr. Bailey is dedicated to serving her community and opened Bailey Orthodontics with a vision to incorporate community service into her work. Her diverse background and exposure to many cultures influenced her goals for practice ownership and her vision of creating a inclusive environment for her patients and her team.
In her free time, Dr. Bailey enjoys exploring our nation’s capitol with her family and loves to participate in the many cultural and seasonal events that this area has to offer. Travel, cooking, hiking, and keeping up to date with continuing education in orthodontics are some of her other pastimes!
